Sign in and reset your password

First time?

If you've never used Fella before, activate your account first.

Sign in

The welcome screen offers three ways to sign in. Use whichever matches your account.

  1. Tap Log In.
  2. Enter your Email and Password.
  3. Tap Log In.
  1. Tap Continue with Google.
  2. Choose the Google account that uses the same email as your Fella registration.
  1. Tap Continue with Apple.
  2. Fella reminds you: "You must use the email that is registered in Fella to continue". Tap Sign In.
  3. When Apple asks, share your email. Don't choose "Hide My Email", because Fella can't match a hidden address to your profile.

Forgot your password

  1. Tap Log In, then Forgot Password?.
  2. Check the email address and tap Send.
  3. You'll see "We have just sent you the password reset link". Open the email and follow the link to choose a new password.

If something goes wrong

Message in the app What to do
Login Failed! Invalid Password Check the password, or use Forgot Password?.
Please activate the account if this is the first time login Your profile exists but isn't activated yet. Fella switches to the sign-up form: follow Activate your account.
User profile does not exist! Please contact your group administrator and fill a registration form This email (or Google/Apple account) isn't registered in Fella. Use the email from your registration form, or ask your group admin.
Authorization failed Google or Apple sign-in didn't complete. Try again, or sign in with email and password.
