Registration forms
Ask people to register for a program, and collect the answers you need, such as dietary needs or T-shirt size.
Who can do this
Group admins, when they create or edit a program. To see how members register, see Register for a program.
Add a form to a program
- Open the program's form (Dashboard → Content → Program).
- Under More, tap Registration Form ("Members must register before the event").
- Give the form a title (it starts as Untitled Form) and a Description.
- Add your questions. They work the same way as survey questions. Turn on Required for questions everyone must answer.
- Tap Save, then save the program.
Every answer automatically includes the person's name and group.
Reuse a form
- Save Template: keep this form's questions to reuse later.
- Template: start from a form you saved before.
When registration opens
Back on the program, tap Settings under Registration Form and set the Release Date. Until then, members see Registration starts on date.
Let people without Fella register
Turn on Public (Anyone with link) in the form ("Allow completely unregistered users to access it without an account.").
The program then shows "The form is public. Share the link for registration on Fella web." Tap Share next to it to send the link. Anyone with the link can register on Fella web, without signing in.
See who's registered
- Tap Manage at the bottom of the app, then the Registration tab.
- You'll see the program, how many Registrants there are and how many have Checked-In. Tap the calendar icon to switch to another program.
- Tap the open icon next to a registrant to see their answers.
- Tap Download to email yourself everyone's answers as a spreadsheet, and confirm with Export.
To stop taking registrations, open the program, tap the bin icon next to Registration Form and confirm with Delete Registration Form.
